Drawing on Prosci Change Management principles and decades of experience in performance improvement, I help organizations evolve from reactive management to proactive leadership.

This includes developing structures for high-performing Executive Assistant teams that integrate Executive Operations leadership capabilities and ensure operations are tightly aligned with strategic priorities.
