James comes with over 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of settings beginning with the Canadian Armed Forces, as a Principal and Leader in Education both Secondary and Post Secondary and as a Leadership Consultant and Mentor to large and small businesses. His responsibilities have involved such things as program development, training and supervision of staff, project management, board development and development of corporate or industry benchmarks and metrics for company assessment and performance improvement. In addition to this James has been involved with several organizations guiding them through the processes of institutional change. His years of experience in taking new groups from start up to maturity have equipped him with the tools and perspective to tackle the biggest challenges.
